The Data We Collect About You

When you complete a trade and use our website we collect:

Transaction Data includes any information you provide when posting a trade, responding to a trade or other transaction based content that you generate or that is connected to your account as a result of a transaction you are involved in.
Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser history and location.
Usage Data includes information about how you use our website and services.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.

For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. Your Responsibilities Over Information You Receive from Ideal Trade

When you correspond with another user and receive personal information off the other user (such as their name, email address, contact details and address) you are, independent from us, the controller of such data and you must comply with the applicable privacy laws.

You may use the personal information that you have access to only for Ideal Trade transactions – related purposes, or for other services listed through Ideal Trade (such as fraud complaints and member-to-member communications) and for purposes expressly consented to by the user to whom the information relates. Using personal information of other users that you have access to for any other purpose is a breach of our Terms of Use.

Unwanted or Threatening Communication

We do not tolerate abuse of our services. You do not have permission to add other users to your mailing list (email or postal), call, or send them text messages without their explicit consent. Sending unwanted or threatening emails and text messages is against our Term of Use.
